otcl-dbg software package provides debug symbol of OTcl (libotcl1 and otcl-shells), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install otcl-dbg
otcl-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the otcl-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep otcl-dbg *
You will get with otcl-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
